I used to get my oil changed at service centers but since having learned how to do it myself, I did some research on the best filters.

Pure One ranks up there as one of the best filters. Service centers such as those at Walmart use Fram oil filters. What’s wrong with that? Fram filters are one of the cheapest and also low quality filters one can use. I would not want that in my car at all. There are side by side comparisons of filters available on the internet, dissected down through the metal. A good oil filter is a must because it filters particles from the oil that’s cycling in your engine. Judging from the way the filter is made, I trust this brand to do its job.

Amazon has a good price on these filters. Been buying them from here for over a year now.

These are as good as any aftermarket filters I’ve ever used. Amazon has a great price on them too.
